The FP&A Analyst supports financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across the organization. This role develops budgets, prepares financial reports, and provides data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency. Candidates typically have 1–3 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, accounting, or corporate finance.

The Analyst supports the investment team in evaluating and executing investment opportunities. This role involves financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and preparation of investment materials. Analysts work closely with senior team members to assess potential transactions and monitor company performance. Candidates typically have 1–2 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.

The Associate plays a key role in leading financial analysis, managing due diligence processes, and supporting transaction execution. Associates collaborate with management teams, advisors, and internal stakeholders to evaluate investment opportunities and drive value creation initiatives across the portfolio. Candidates typically have 2–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.

The General Counsel serves as the firm’s lead legal advisor, working closely with MRE’s leadership team on a wide range of strategic initiatives, including M&A activity, portfolio company support, and firm-level legal and governance matters. This role structures and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, oversees due diligence, manages external counsel, and leads all documentation and closing processes. The General Counsel partners closely with the investment team to assess legal risks, develop transaction strategy, and ensure efficient execution across platforms and add-ons. In addition, this role oversees governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across the firm and its portfolio companies. Candidates typically have 5-10 years of experience as an M&A attorney, with significant transaction leadership experience in private equity, corporate law, or a top-tier law firm.
