Mike Fields
SR. ASSOCIATE
Mike joined MRE Partners in 2024 and is a Senior Associate on the Direct Investing team. Mike is responsible for origination, execution, and portfolio management activities.
Mike has spent seven years in various investing and related financial services roles. Prior to joining MRE, Mike was an Associate on the Investment team at Access Holdings where he was responsible for equity investments in business services companies. He previously spent several years in various portfolio companies at Access Holdings leading and building out Corporate Development and M&A functions where he worked on over 40 transactions.
Mike holds an MBA and BS from Mount St. Mary’s University and an MSF from Loyola University of Maryland. He currently resides in Baltimore, MD.
